Refunds 

Refund within 14 days after receiving the return.  

For reasons of hygiene, articles worn or having assimilated a personal perfume cannot be refunded. Our team reserves the right to inspect these conditions. 

Orders that have benefited from a promotion cannot be returned or refunded.
